Residential Interior – SAZ

Brief: Create a luxurious, modern and eclectic home for a priority client, each room with a unique design aesthetic.

Challenge: Working with heavy paneling and installations by a prior designer, lightening and brightening the space as well as creating a premium look and feel.

For this 1800sqft apartment high-rise apartment, we worked with setting a mood for each room. The client had a few personal favorite items which they wished to incorporate in each room, which set the tone for the design choice. Following different themes for each room, we picked different signature elements for each space to highlight. Dark rattan, traditional carved sheesham, cubic elements with severe angles, nude blush tones paired with soft curves and varieties of marble, all tied together with fluted accents that also ran across the entire apartment on the wooden wall paneling.

The result is a unique and eclectic collection of spaces that look completely different but work surprisingly well together, along with signature furniture pieces that reflect the owners’ singularly diverse design preferences.
